Barbara J. Merolla

Since joining BCG Valuations in 2006, Barbara Merolla has been responsible for building and managing the firm’s office systems and has played a key role in developing our culture of excellence. She is a dedicated and technically skilled professional who understands the value of resolving workplace challenges with innovative solutions.
Barbara comes to us with a background rich in administrative and managerial experience. After college, she worked with several worldwide firms headquartered in Manhattan in the role of supporting management. These opportunities launched her dedication to understanding office environments and the systems that make them thrive. She continued to live and work in New York for ten years and spent most of that time employed by CS First Boston, where she eventually became the Senior Executive Assistant to the President and Chief Executive Officer of The First Boston Corporation.
Barbara left all features of city life in 1993 when she and her husband moved to their new home in Pennington, New Jersey. There, she immersed herself in both business and education by taking on temporary assignments with locally-based firms and participating in graduate level studies at Rutgers University and Continuing Education Courses at Westminster College of the Arts (WCA) of Rider University.
